This website although provides product information for all, QuorionUS.com caters to dealers and their purchases. Thus this return policy only applies to QuorionUS dealers. If you purchased a Quorion product and need to return it, please make such arrangements with the dealer who sold you the equipment. End users who would like to purchase a Quorion product may contact one of our listed dealers at the following page Purchasing – QuorionUS.com.
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectation or may be defective, and we want to ensure a transparent and fair return or replacement process. Please review our return policy below:
- Return Window:
Dealers may return items within 30 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange of another Quorion product. Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.
Defective merchandise can be returned for repair or replacement if unable to be repaired for up to one year from the date of receipt/delivery of goods.
- Condition of Returned Items:
Purchased items that are returned within 30 days of receipt must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for a return. Please do not excessively tape factory boxes nor write on them.
Equipment sent in beyond the 30-day window for repair may be returned in other packaging. Please package any returned items in a box large enough to allow sufficient packaging protection. We strongly encourage ensuring the product against subsequent damage and/or loss.
- Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 239-693-3812 with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the items back to us.
- Return Shipping:
Dealers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product within an initial 30-day time frame as specified above or due to an error on our part. In such cases, QuorionUS.com will cover the return shipping fees.
- Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
- Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
- Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may be ineligible for returns, including but not limited to:
– Customized or personalized items
– Downloadable software products
- Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
